I strive to create a connection where the client feels safe, respected and heard so we may work together in achieving therapy goals.
While I am experienced in working with many different age ranges and issues, my passion is working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety (generalized, social, panic attacks, etc), life transitions, stress and grief. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, my focus is to help you discover the solutions to overcoming whatever challenges you are facing.
