I am a licensed marriage and family therapist of nearly 20 years who has been working with individuals, families, and couples within a wide range of ages (14+). I have developed experience in working with women, couples, divorce, trauma, anxiety and depression and am EMDR trained. I am also a certified telehealth provider. I work with clients who are the experts in their lives while I am the expert in therapy and together as a team we can work to meet their goals. I now look forward to applying my experience using telehealth so that I can better help meet the needs of those seeking mental health services.
I enjoy joining my clients in their journey and helping them to understand how to meet their goals on their terms. On the opposite end, I am compassionate and empathetic to anyone who is struggling with and/or going through difficult times. In the end, I help my clients to able to see that they are resilient and can be all they want to be.
Going through a challenging time can put any of us in a place we never expected to be. It can be defeating, isolating and cause us to lose belief in ourselves. I am passionate about helping my clients go through this experience, to mourn and grieve their situation, but to also begin to build a plan beyond that experience and then become their best person.

Kimberley Welk & Associates | Family Therapy Center is a state-certified outpatient mental health clinic located in Green Bay. The clinic is currently home to 11 therapists who serve various client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to our outpatient practice, our therapists provide school-based mental health services to the students and employees of Goodman-Armstrong Creek, Gresham, Kiel, Laona, Lena, Manitowoc, Oconto, and Tigerton school districts.
