My style is direct and empathic to create a therapeutic space for people to feel confident, empowered, and safe to explore vulnerability. I am passionate about assisting my clients in self-exploration and personal growth, and recognize this varies based on the individual.
My approach to therapy is integrative, with a foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). My clinical experience includes community mental health, inpatient psychiatric facilities, university counseling, and outpatient mental health. Currently, I am accepting patients for virtual sessions.
