I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space for my clients to feel safe and understood. I specialize in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-injury and other self-sabotaging behaviors. I work with teens and adults looking to develop a better understanding of their dysfunctional patterns in order to create effective and lasting change.
I am intensively trained in DBT which uses research-based techniques to treat extreme emotional dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal ideation and more. I also specialize in EMDR, a psychotherapy treatment designed to alleviate distress associated with traumatic memories. I also have a background in mindfulness-based healing practices such as MBSR and M-CBT.
I strive to empower individuals to create happier and healthier lives through the therapeutic process. Through our work together, we can find your strengths, gain control of your life, and create more joy.
