As a Marrriage and Famiy Therapist, Committed to assisting each individual as they build on their existing strengths to live their best life possible. In addition to individual, family and couples therapy, as a Certified Play Therapist, I offer sessions for play therapy for children two and up. A child centered directive and nondirective therapeutic approach using Sand Tray Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and more.
Each session consists of setting boundaries and a review of the past week and preparation for the upcoming week, identifying triggers, emotions, behaviors, identifying patterns in oneself and/or others, learning to create and stick to boundaries, and learning tools and skills to heal the past and continue to build a positive future.
