I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy & counseling for highly-motivated adults and clients experiencing stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and grief & loss. I often use CBT, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Solution-Focused therapy, and Humanistic therapy in my work.
