Life can be difficult, and it’s not always easy to work through the obstacles we face without support. Talking to a friend may be helpful, but it’s not the same as therapy. Perhaps you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, maybe an addiction, a loss, or even trauma. Providing virtual therapy for both NJ and PA clientele, I offer a safe space & uninterrupted time to listen, support and provide feeedback, guidance.
My usual style is integrative using cognitive-behavioral (CBT), mindfulness-based, and at times, body centered approaches. These help you identify how your thoughts, behaviors and emotions align. Although, I do not use a “one size fits all” approach. What works for one person may not work for you, and that’s okay.
Building a therapeutic relationship can take some more time for one person than another. Therapy is not a race, it’s a journey. I encourage you to be patient with yourself. Together we can work towards restoring and maintaining your emotional well-being.
