I utilize evidenced based approaches grounded in mindfulness that include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I enjoy incorporating movement, art, and experiences in nature to help you find personalized ways to cultivate contentment and build the life you want.
