Are you an adult or teen that is experiencing life’s challenges and wishing you had someone to walk alongside you as you learn to cope and heal? I have worked with many through divorce, job change, or simply dealing with changes as they age. I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. Then, I help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. I offer an inclusive, safe space with in-person or virtual appointments to suit your schedule.
