I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, mood disorders, relational issues, substance abuse and trauma. I’m a Certified EMDR Therapist. I also utilize mindfulness and self-compassion to support others on their journey of healing so they can live a "good life". I’m passionate about supporting all people on their journey. I have over 20 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and completed my Post-Master's Certificate in Couples and Family Therapy at University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
