I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with many years of experience with youth & families struggling with mental and behavioral health, social, and relational issues. I value holding space for BIPOC, first-and-second generation immigrants, and LGBTQ+. My work primarily focuses on complex trauma, and a number of mood and anxiety related disorders. My approach to therapy is trauma informed, relational, and nonjudgmental.
I have 9 years of experience working with children, teens, and families with behavioral and mental health issues. I am trained in working with survivors of sexual exploitation and abuse. I welcome clients to explore intersecting identities (faith, ethnic, racial, socio-economic, generational, etc.) while they navigate their healing journey.
I enjoy working with college/university students as they navigate many life transitions. I think it's important we both feel this relationship is a good fit.
