It is my privilege and my honor to walk alongside clients through the journey of healing, self-love, clarity and empowerment also known as therapy. It is my belief that everyone has the capacity to problem solve and achieve their goals. I provide guidance, coaching, compassion, and understanding in a connected and safe space. I teach clients how to regulate emotions, tolerate distress in life, build supportive relationships, create a coping skills toolkit, and practice a nourishing self-care routine.
I give homework in between sessions as this gives clients the opportunity to practice and develop their coping and self-management skills even further. Clients will learn how to be mindful, how to replace negative thoughts, how to stop harmful behaviors, and how to listen to their body during therapy with me.
