I specialize in helping adults with anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and managing relationships with loved ones with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and empowering. I help clients gain new coping skills, discover healthier ways of thinking, and feel empowered to make changes.
