I serve adolescents and adults of all ages in my teletherapy practice. My clients typically have a wide range of symptoms including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I focus on assisting my clients with learning new skills to utilize in their everyday lives.
My therapy style utilizes multiple techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy which helps my clients overcome negative thinking patterns and modify behavior. I also assist my clients to develop solutions to their everyday problems. In addition, I am proficient in various assessment techniques to assist with obtaining accurate diagnoses.
