You'll gain awareness into how your thoughts directly impact your behavior and learn to replace distorted and irrational beliefs. Together, we work towards improving self-esteem, decreasing anxiety, setting boundaries and engaging in healthy conflict resolution.
I have a deep understanding of the many ways teens and young adults are impacted in today’s society, especially in regards to social media and bullying.
