So much of the stress we feel in life can come from relationships and situations that do not make sense to us. Perhaps you have a sense that “something is just not right” in those dynamics, but you cannot figure out what it is. You may notice that you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, distracted and depressed, and you feel at a loss for how to change that. My passion is working with folks who are wanting to shift those confusing dynamics and heal from the negative impact of them.
I am a holistic trauma informed therapist and although I use various modalities, I always include work on helping people not only understand their situation intellectually, but also address how trauma and stress is held in the body and what can be done to help process that.
I am an experienced clinician with a direct and compassionate style. I work with clients to develop new coping skills, create positive change, and find healing from past trauma.
