Do you feel stuck about how to be more in control, content, or balanced in life? Perhaps you're feeling anxious, afraid, or overwhelmed. Sometimes, even when you do your best to pick yourself up or make changes, you still wind up not getting where you want to be. It's at those times that an outside, professional perspective can make all the difference. As a clinical psychologist, I help people feel calm, confident, and in control. Working together, we'll come up with solutions tailored to your specific needs.
In addition to treating anxiety, I also specialize in helping college students set themselves up for success. With weekly coaching support via phone or videoconferencing, students can fine-tune their problem-solving and overall self-care skills. With career counseling, they can identify a career path just right for them.
Contact me for a free 20 minute phone consultation to find out more about how I can help you with your specific concerns. My current office hours are Saturdays only and by appointment. However, you can reach me via phone or email during the week. Let's get started!
