We live in a society that is obsessed with food and our bodies… BUT it doesn’t have to be this way. I specialize in eating disorders and I help people develop a more positive relationship with food and their bodies. I also specialize in OCD, anxiety, depression, high school stressors, and navigating the transition into adulthood.
