I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist and am trained in Interpersonal Psychotherapy. All aspects of the parenting journey can bring on unexpected challenges and stressors for mothers, fathers and caregivers alike. I aim to empower and provide tools to navigate pregnancy and postpartum related concerns including infertility and pregnancy loss.
The parenting journey is a vulnerable and at times isolating experience.
