Strong Together -Teen Therapy Group (TBD 2023)
Process Group designed for 13-18 year-old Teens. Group targets Anxiety, Depression, Body Image, Confidence, Relationships, Identity & associated co-morbid Mood disorders. Group will meet for 8 weeks on Saturdays early summer 2023 (Date TBD)! We will explore the above topics in addition to self-esteem building, positive communication techniques, coping strategies, and embracing personal identity.
