Welcome in. My belief in therapy is simple. Let’s get to the root of things. I emphasize creating a trusting relationship between myself and my clients. From this place, we will explore the deeper layers of who you are, spanning your entire life, and connecting past experiences to present-day challenges and concerns. We can work together with navigating anxiety, depression, phase of life challenges, grief and loss, relationship dynamics, self-esteem, and questions with identity, career, and spirituality.
I use a psychodynamic approach woven with mindfulness and humor to explore suffering, symptoms, and other existential questions. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, nontraditional relationships, and friendships. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults.
We live in a complicated world. Consider this an invitation to simply process - ranging from your day to day dynamics to larger themes and age old patterns. My hope is through the work, you walk away with meaningful insight and curiosity about yourself and the world you live in.
