After 11 years of working with teens in the school system, I have had firsthand experience supporting youth with their academic performance and development of healthy family dynamics through life skills training.

Being highly attuned to Spirit, I can offer an alternative to talk therapy. Along with tarot cards, crystals, herbs, and essential oils, we can tap into your spiritual self with meditation, body awareness and parts work.
