The heart of therapy is listening. My listening helps you listen to yourself. You develop a mindfulness which helps you notice what is going on and tune into what can happen next. Together, we draw out your story, your wisdom and your strengths. You stay close to what you love and care about.
Skills learned in therapy can help with changing thoughts, feelings and relationships. I practice DBT, narrative and substance use therapies. Individuals, couples and families are welcome.

In a group, stories emerge about work, love, joy, grief, guilt, childhood, parents, partners and purpose. If stories are stuck in pain, loss or anger, they keep moving as members tell their stories together, learn about emotions, and listen. Relationships inside and outside of the group improve, and men find more confidence in themselves.
