I am a Psychodynamic therapist. However, I integrate different clinical approaches to meet the individual needs of the client. I utilize evidence- based practices such as Mindfulness, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Sandtray coupled with neurobiology to help my client gain insight. My approach is nurturing, strengths based, and client-centered.
