As a child and family therapist, I utilize a comprehensive approach that incorporates evidence-based interventions to provide individualized support to children, families, and caregivers. My approach combines techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address traumatic experiences, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to process traumatic stress, and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach emotional regulation and coping skills.
I employ evidence-based assessment tools to gain a deeper understanding of each individual's needs and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique circumstances. This approach allows me to provide holistic support that addresses the complex emotional, behavioral, and relational needs of my clients.
