Sometimes we have a difficult time putting into words what we need and describing the current feelings that are present. I would love to help you through any depression, anxiety, or feelings of confusion you might have. I am also here to help you navigate any life stressors or transitions, big or small, from school, jobs, or relationship struggles. I have worked with a wide range of populations, but have the most experience working with clients between the ages of 8 and 30 who are facing relationship issues, life transition difficulty, and who need support through a difficult phase of life.
I enjoy working from a person-centered approach, listening to you and your story in a nonjudgemental and accepting space. I also enjoy Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and helping clients to understand the balance of thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. My hope and goal to help you find out what you need and discover ways to get those needs met in a healthy way!
