In our work together, I will help you gain coping skills, confidence, and hope through compassionate, strength-based practice. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and a former special education teacher with extensive experience providing supportive care to best meet individual and family needs.
Whether you are seeking individual therapy, parent coaching, family therapy, or therapy for your child, I am here to support you by incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities to help you best. I am a neurodivergent affirming therapist and an ADHD-certified clinical services provider.
