I work with teens, young adults, adults, and couples. I have a passion for working with individuals who may be facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and stress. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
