Hello, my name is Kierra and I specialize in working with tweens, teenagers and young adults as they navigate and process life events related, but not limited to Traumas; physical, sexual, mental, or emotional abuse; and/or domestic violence/ intimate partner abuse.
As a clinician, I am an advocate and skilled provider in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also utilize different tools and techniques associated with Art Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
