I consider my role as a counselor to be one of the most sacred parts of my life. There is an inherent beauty found in walking alongside people in search for safety, purpose, healing, and hope.
I employ an attachment-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approach, tailored to address the specific needs of each client. My deepest wish is to meet clients exactly where they are, embracing and honoring them as complete individuals.
