Medicaid covers Neurofeedback! I work with all ages at Aspire Counseling located in Denver. Before private practice, I was in residential mental health treatment primarily with young adults and adolescents. I am competent in working with both children and adults who have experienced abuse and trauma. I also have a heart for working with young adults navigating transitions and healing past emotional wounds. Goals for therapy are a collaborative process in which we will discover your personal needs for optimal growth. My role is to provide a safe space for you to come as you are each session.
Treatment depends on your specific needs. Our office provides neurofeedback therapy, in addition, to talk therapy as requested. I combine Brainspotting (often referred to as a gentle approach to EMDR) with DBT with clients as well as other methods. We will follow a treatment plan made together throughout therapy in order to track and achieve goals.
I am currently accepting clients and look forward to sharing space with you no matter where you are at in your journey!
