We often face fear, self-doubt, shame, and trauma; although our strength is unmatched, even the toughest people need support and care. I am passionate about supporting and working with women seeking to overcome loneliness, depression, anxiety, overthinking, and low self-esteem. My experience has included working with individuals through life transitions, personal growth, parenting, family, and relational concerns.
