I specialize in supporting women & teens healing from complex trauma, attachment trauma, & generational trauma, while also strengthening relationships with themselves, others, & their world. I'm equally passionate about supporting children and teens healing from childhood issues while simultaneously empowering parents to connect with their children. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, & supported as you navigate your path to healing.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play-Based Therapy, Parent-Child Relationship Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Return to You: A Complex Trauma Group for Women
Join us in a safe and supportive space created for women who have faced complex trauma. Together, we'll explore how your life experiences have influenced your attachment style and relationships. We'll also explore concepts from Internal Family Systems to better understand how your body and all parts of yourself work to protect you, while building nervous system regulation skills along the way. This group is a nurturing place to reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you as we find healing and strength together.
