This compassionate approach rebuilds the relationship with yourself and gets to the root of change. Change does not come from saying "this is where I want to be and I'm not there now." It happens when we start to understand the purpose a behavior/feeling serves for us.
I offer a super safe space, where through my care you won't feel alone in finding answers to hard questions about yourself. We do this with immense compassion and non judgment. I help reframe behaviors as adaptive to our experiences in life, creating acceptance for who we are right now. From that fortified place, we can build new ways of being and change.
