Limited openings-updated 4/25/24. My approach to therapy is based on a holistic, strengths based perspective and is tailored to each client's personality and needs. I enjoy encouraging self-discovery, growth and transformation in my patients. Exploring the connection of mind, body and spirit as well as creating awareness around foundational beliefs and behaviors is essential if we desire positive change. Together we will explore the root of problem behaviors, redefine distorted beliefs and learn coping skills. You will also learn to develop body awareness, mindfulness and wisdom to experience a more empowered version of you.
I meet my clients where they are in their lives with compassion and we work together as a team to identify and achieve goals. I enjoy working with a variety of different clients from teens to adults of all ages and seek to find a connecting point with my patients which is important in developing trust and creating a positive therapeutic relationship
Using mainly cognitive behavioral, brief solution focused, family systems, mindfulness and trauma informed therapy I invite my clients to see themselves through a lens of non-judgment, compassion and self awareness. I believe these ingredients are keys to self mastery and healing. Reiki, meditation and breathwork can also be included in our sessions.
