Addictions, life changes and mood disorders can feel difficult and overwhelming when dealt with alone. As a therapist with both inpatient and outpatient experience, we can work together to begin to cope with life stressors. I specialize in working with substance abuse and eating disorders and working towards a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification. I have experience with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, codependency and life transitions.
I also work with multicultural and sports related struggles (life after and coping with injuries). I utilize multiple approaches, including person centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness and experiential therapy. My goal is to empower you, through development of health communication and coping skills, to begin living a healthy, fulfilling life.In my practice.

I believe on treating the entire self by addressing the physical, mental,emotional, and spiritual needs.I work with both adolescents and adults, as well as individuals, families.
