We have six therapists with differing identities and backgrounds that offer a diverse range of therapy styles. Some of our modalities include trauma-focused work, integrative holistic-focused therapy, narrative therapy, relational therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. We see both individuals and couples and have therapists licensed in both CA and NY.
