Are you feeling hurried and overwhelmed? Perhaps you struggle with panic attacks, sleeplessness, or endless worries. Or, maybe you have experienced hurt in your past that you just can't seem to shake. No matter what you are going through, I am here to listen to you and provide you with a nonjudgemental space to process and unload your burdens. I will also provide you with tangible tools to relieve anxiety and PTSD symptoms. I am a Christian and a licensed minister through the Assemblies of God. If desired, I am able to utilize Christianity in our sessions as another form of support.
I hold a BS in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I am fully trained in EMDR. I also utilize techniques from DBT and CBT. My approach to therapy is collaborative. You are free to provide me with any feedback to ensure your therapy journey is effective.
