I enjoy walking alongside late adolescents and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, Trauma, Binge eating disorder, Emotion Dysregulation, and other disordered eating patterns. I also enjoy working with teen and young adults males who can benefit from a male therapist. I provide a supportive and understanding space where all clients can openly discuss their challenges, gain new perspectives, and develop healthier coping strategies. Whether its emotional difficulties or simply looking for guidance, my goal is to help them get on the right track towards a more fulfilling life
I am a certified clinical trauma professional and trained in EMDR for trauma clients that may benefit. I also utilize and trained in DBT, CBT, MI, and Trauma informed care. I create a calm, approachable environment for clients and I mix this all with my particular sense humor and levity when appropriate.
