Welcome! No problem is too big or too small to address in therapy. Do you have significant childhood trauma you were hoping would disappear but that really needs attention and healing? From complex trauma to brief bouts of the blues - I am here for it!

I enjoy working from an emotion-focused, psychodynamic lens with an emphasis in trauma work. I often utilize EMDR to work through trauma. In therapeutic relationships, I value genuine connection, warmth, and acceptance. With empathy and safety as top priorities, we can begin to untangle stories, process grief, relieve anxiety/depression, or address trauma.
