I enjoy working with folks looking to improve their relationship with themselves and others. Whether you’re facing a tough inner critic, wanting to process something traumatic, feeling numb or detached from life, or feeling dissatisfied, you have the innate ability to heal. With a little help, you can improve your connections, gain more confidence in responding, and navigate challenging situations in a grounded, authentic way.
Unburdening ourselves can be challenging, but you don’t need to be alone. In session, I aim to flow with what the moment calls for, whether it is seriousness for moments that must be treated carefully, or levity and laughter so we remember part of healing is learning to be playful again. I make sure to bring whatever is needed to support the shifts in you.
Processing trauma is a heavy journey. Until someone understands us and why we’re doing what we’re doing, it can only be a struggle. It’s one thing to struggle, another thing to struggle alone. I will meet you to walk beside you on that journey, to give you an experience of understanding that helps shift your mind and body to who you’re ready to become next.
