I work with individuals, families and couples. the majority of clients i work with are adults between ages 20 and 65. I have assisted patients in achieving successfully treatment outcomes related to Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Socioeconomic issues, & Sexual/Gender identity issues. I believe in the importance of assisting you with improving upon your self esteem in order to help you succeed, realize your potential and maximize your quality of life.
Since begining this work i have been passionate in assisting those struggling in silence to feel empowered in their daily lives. i believe in the importance of the therapeutic alliance between myself and my patients. My treatment approaches consist of: Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, CBT and Motivational Interviewing treatment intervention.
