The use of effective treatment modalities is paramount to my practice, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. My work also includes counseling for individuals who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship such as communication problems, infidelity, and intimacy challenges.
My approach with all my clients is interactive, collaborative, and results-oriented.
