I draw upon a variety of modalities in session such as CBT, DBT, MBSR, ACT, IFS, somatic approaches, existential approaches, and other identity and meaning-making focused approaches. I am passionate about guiding my clients as deeply as they want to go into their discovery of what it means to embody their potential well-being and live as fully as possible.
More than my formal education, my personal experience with traversing my own path of suffering and growth is what makes me uniquely suited to act as a guide and companion in the reorienting of your self-relationship.
