I offer support to adults and couples who are struggling to have a sense of wellbeing and control over their lives. I assist clients to learn new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving so as to reach desired life quality and work/life goals.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps my clients to understand and change self-sabotaging patterns of thought, emotional response and behavioral strategies to cope with life. This approach is helpful to assist my clients to overcome depression, anxiety, anger problems, and interpersonal issues.
Therapy is about helping you get from where you are to where you want to be, through a warm, caring, safe and confidential collaboration. Clients who choose to work with me feel that they can trust me, believe I understand their problem and can help them, and experience me as someone who is easy to talk to, providing comfort and encouragement.
