I utilize neuroscience and CBT to target and work on the symptoms of anxiety, phobias, and OCD. This includes discussing what parts of the brain are included in the anxiety cycle, how to develop interventions that target each part of the brain for maximum effectiveness, and how to target the physical symptoms that are experienced in the body.
Anxiety can be difficult to manage and can often be disrupting to daily life. It often leads to symptoms of depression developing and I am here to help! Therapy can be a difficult choice that can feel daunting, but it is the first step toward feeling relief. I look forward to working together!
