I help couples with increasing and improving communication, identifying emotional blocks and blind spots, recovering from affairs, and re-igniting and discovering true intimacy. I am a certified emotionally focused couples therapist and have undergone rigorous training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, an empirically validated form of couples therapy.
Working with couples can be so rewarding and moving for me as a therapist. I've supported clients at the brink of divorce or break-up to arriving at a place of deep happiness and satisfaction in their relationship.
