I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, educator, and former teacher. I believe the power of healing lies in being connected to others, and collaboration is the heart of my practice. The stresses of life can isolate and alienate us from those we rely on for support. I incorporate several perspectives into my work including Family Systems, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Experiential Psychology. Most important is a belief that everyone can recover. No matter what your goals are in therapy, I will join you on your journey with empathy and support.
I have experience working with diverse populations and individuals at every stage of the lifespan. I work with youth, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am experienced in assisting individuals manage the long-term impact of trauma and persistent mental illness as well as difficulty adjusting to everyday stresses.
