I traditionally work with teenagers and adults who are in sport/performance-focused fields that want to optimize their mental health and performance. I work with male and female clients who have ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, eating disorders, low self-esteem, decreased motivation, and more.
I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant as well as a counselor. While I specialize in working with athletes and performers, I believe in helping everyone. Combining sport psychology with traditional counseling allows me to provide a different perspective to a traditional counselor. I work from REBT and Positive Psychology frameworks to help clients.
