I love to use humor in my sessions and have yet to meet a client that I could not make laugh while we progress through our work. You lived a lot of life before setting foot in my office, and I strive to learn about and accept you just as you are.
I am skilled in helping adult clients manage anxiety, stress, depression, and ADHD. I work well with those who have found themselves consistently misunderstood by others in their lives, perhaps even by previous therapists.
I integrate therapies, chiefly merging Process-Experiential Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Together, these methods are designed to help you understand your emotions as they are while moving you toward the person you wish to be.
